Our tips for ordering easily and quickly :

 

Finding your accessory :

  1. Select the brand of your appliance from the banner across the top of the page,
  2. Click on the family to which your product belongs by using the drop down menu which appears in the first window,
  3. Then click on the name of the product you own by using the drop down menu which appears in the second window,
  4. Confirm what you need from the images and text that appear,
  5. Click on the tab «see accessories» to display the complete list of accessories linked to the appliance chosen or click on «consumer service» to obtain further information,
  6. the accessory from the list supplied : a page opens which gives technical information, characteristics, advice and price.

How to order in 6 steps ?

  1. Filling your basket

    When an accessory is displayed on the screen, just click on the «Add to basket», option next to it. As you continue shopping, you will see the contents of this basket on the right of your screen.
     

  2. Confirming your basket

    Once you have finished shopping, click on «Confirm the order» (below the basket icon on the right). You can then check the items you have put into your basket, change quantities you want to buy or remove an item.

    You can also type in a promotion code if you have one. Click on the tab «Recalculate» to see the discount applied. As soon as this code is validated, the total of the goods selected but also all along the website will take into account the discount associated to the code.
     

  3. Enter your contact information

    If you are satisfied with the contents of your basket, click on «Confirm my order» and complete the fields.

    If you are already registered on the site simply type in your email address and password.

    If it is your first visit to the site, click on «Create my account» and fill in the requested fields (those that are marked with a * are mandatory).

    Caution: it is your email address and your password that will help us to remember you on your next visit.
     

  4. Confirm your adress, delivery, payment :

    Confirm your addresses

    Confirm your invoice address and delivery address.

    Warning : by default your delivery address corresponds with your invoice address. Any modification to your invoice address on this page will modify the details given in your personal details as well as your delivery address.

    Delivery

    Cost £3 delivery within 7 WORKING days.

    Then click on «Confirm».

    Payment

    Payment by bank credit card is made securely via SSL.

    If you are satisfied with the content of your basket, click on «Confirm».
     

  5. Finalise your order

    Before submitting your order, review the items you have ordered on the summary which also shows the scheduled delivery date. The delivery date can vary according to product availability.

    If you are sure you want to buy all the items, you must accept opting in «I accept terms and Conditions of Sales» and confirm your order by clicking «Confirm».
     

  6. Confirm your payment

    Make your payment by clicking on the credit card icon, which will take you to a secure site.

Track your orders

Once you have created your account, you can track your orders (in progress or already delivered) by clicking on your name next to the icon , in the banner across the top of the page.
 

Changing your contact information/your password

You can change your contact details (address or password) by going into your personal account by clicking on your name next to the icon , in the banner across the top of the page.
